Michelle is the Director of Sales and Marketing that works with seniors and professionals in the senior healthcare realm to bring awareness of the many benefits of senior living that The Delaney at Parkway Lakes offers. Michelle holds her certificate as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been officially working with seniors since 2012. Unofficially, she has served seniors for 30 years when, as a young girl, her grandfather was diagnosed with dementia and the help of the entire family was required. She knew then that she would dedicate her life to helping people.
Kimberly’s adventure in senior living started in 2006 as a nurse in an Assisted Living community. Over the next 12 years she supplemented her experience of working with seniors by becoming a Level 1 Validation Worker and Level 2 Validation Group Leader through the Validation Training Institute and increased her knowledge of the Assisted Living industry by becoming a Certified Assisted Living Manager. She is passionate about creating opportunities for seniors to be delighted daily and discovering ways to turn every task into a fun experience.
In addition to working with seniors, Kimberly also enjoys spending time at home with her husband, volunteering at church, rescuing dogs, and traveling.
As the Director of Memory Care, Devin works to provide a safe, secure and purposeful environment for Seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. After graduating from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Devin developed a love for geriatrics and quickly went on to become a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Specialist.
