With nearly two decades of experience in the senior living industry since 2007, I have dedicated my career to serving seniors and their families with compassion and purpose. For over eight years, I have served as an Executive Director, leading communities with a focus on trust, dignity, and meaningful connection.

Raised in Pasadena, Texas, I value strong relationships and a sense of community, principles that guide both my personal and professional life. I am a proud husband and father of two, and I enjoy spending my free time outdoors golfing, grilling, and traveling with my family. I believe my purpose is to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Bringing a smile to residents’ faces is my greatest reward, and I remain committed to providing families with confidence and peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are cared for with respect and compassion.

Didi Anyaralu, CMDCP

Director of Life Enrichment

My name is Didi Anyaralu, and I proudly serve as the Director of Life Enrichment at The Delaney at Parkway Lakes, a role I have held since December 2023. With more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, I bring a deep commitment to enriching the lives of older adults.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on Exercise Science, from the University of Houston in 2009. My passion for working with seniors began early in life, inspired by my mother’s work as a nurse in an assisted living community. I have fond memories of visiting alongside my sisters and spending time talking with residents, experiences that made a lasting impression on me. Today, I truly love what I do. I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences, fostering connections, and enhancing the quality of life for the residents I serve.

Rose Castro

Business Office Manager

My journey into senior living began when my dad became a resident. Through that experience, I discovered how much I value connecting with others – especially hearing residents’ life stories and learning from their experiences. I find it meaningful to carry those lessons into my own life, and I’m passionate about building genuine relationships rooted in respect and understanding.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, listening to music, and going on road trips – simple moments that create lasting memories.

Seneca Cosse

Director of Memory Care

A New Orleans native with the sounds of blues and jazz in my heart, I began my caregiving journey in 1984 at a Louisiana nursing home, where I worked for 10 years. I then spent another 10 years with Volunteers of America, caring for mentally challenged and disabled toddlers, teens, and older adults. In 2003, I relocated to Houston, Texas, and in 2004 began working at Memorial Hermann Hospital Medical Center as a Nurse Tech on the Med-Surg floor.

While at Memorial Hermann, the hospital supported my education and sent me to school for Activities Director, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Therapeutic Recreation/Associate training. With 42 years in the field, my compassion is deeply rooted in my love and ability to care for others. I love dancing, cooking with Louisiana spices and flair, and above all, I cherish my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Cindy Scarbrough, LPN, Surgical Technologist, Medical Assistant, CALM, BLS & ACLS Certified

As Director of Nursing, Cindy brings a wealth of experience. Her passion for high-quality care and collaborative leadership style provides security and warmth to all. From personalized care plans and attentive services available around the clock to customized wellness programs and fitness opportunities, residents have what they need to thrive.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, Cindy has a strong foundation in acute care and clinical leadership. She is recognized for her collaborative nature, commitment to excellence, and passion for hands-on, personalized care. Outside of work, Cindy is a proud mother and grandmother who finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family, traveling, and attending church gatherings.

The Delaney lies in close proximity to a number of highly regarded medical facilities, including Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital and both the Katy and Sugar Land locations of Houston Methodist Hospital. You can find physical rehabilitation care nearby at The Grace Care Center of Katy, as well as Sugar Land Rehab Hospital.
